Learning new languages- I am currently learning Latin and Chinese and I am planning on taking a refresher course in French. I like fencing, dancing (I'm taking tango lessons now!), and spending time with my family and friends. I read everything I can get my hands on- anything from junk romance novels, to books on philosophy to my husband's computer manuals. The rest of my time is filled with teaching my boys.
I like meeting interesting people. I have been fortunate to have meet and become friends with some wonderful people. Some of whom I haven't managed to scare off ^_~.
I like most music, doesn't really matter what kind it is. Currently, I'm listening to Mozarab, Dar Williams, Rod Stewart's American Song Book series, Norah Jones, Queen Latifa, and many more.
Some of my favorite movies include Young Frankenstien, Same Tine Next Year, The Christmas Story, My Fair Lady, Long Kiss Goodnight. I really like comedy and action flicks
CSI and CSI: Miami are about the only shows I go out of my way to watch. I don't watch much television and if it is on and not for my boys, I watch home improvement or cooking shows. My boys usually have control of the television, so I watch or listen to alot of cartoons and anime.
Mostly I am reading my own work. I'm also reading T. Thorne Coyle's Evolutionary Magic, Fondling Your Muse by John Warner. I working on a great book by J.L. Foster, Estranged Affair- a terrific read- as well as Kulinary Killers by Crystal Ordonez- very prophetic!I love books though. I am evolving from dead tree books to more e-books, but I still enjoy my books. I have stacks and stacks all over the house. Books can be found in every room in my house- each bedroom, bathroom, and the garage, too! So far, my book sout number my yarns crafts and my sewing crafts, but not by much :-)
