One of Chicagos best kept secrets., is one of the south-sides most talented and gifted M.Cs. Less-Lies, is among Chi-Citys most soulful but straight to the point rappers. His raw metaphors and punch lines are even more energetic with a Hip-Hop DJ. Less-Lies grew up on Chicagos south-side where experience is teacher and street poetry became his way of expressing inner-city life. He came up among the drug dealers and gangs feeling that he would make it because he came from the streets . Less-Lies finished high school and went on to college at Chicago State University where he majored in graphic arts and design. He met up with other artists and began shows city-wide as well as traveled several different states. During that time, Less-Lies got really serious in becoming professional artist. Less-Lies teamed up with some of Chicagos favorite Hip-Hop DJs such as Andy C , The Twilite Tone and DJ EV Spin for more exposure and began doing radio commercials and music compilations for Cliff Colnett and AFTRA. Now, Less-Lies is prepared for the music business with a couple of eps and mix-tapes under his belt he is now looking for a record deal from a major distributor and believes he can be a success in the business with his own creative control for years to come.
