JESLROX LIKE COCAIN

As a child I grew up playing the piano, then later in grammer school playing the drums. My mother was a d.j. with 1000's of records, so i've allways been around music. Starting off as a rapper, then forming a group with my partners from the hood lead me to become a producer. The main reason being the same reason as everyone else, we needed trax. After our guy Jason Brown ( who has made trax for nas, mobb deep's bars-n-hooks, cassidy, and swizz him self ) moved to New York we needed trax, and who better than me to do just that. So over time I droped the microphone and didn't pick up the pen as much and started on my musical journey which hasn't stoped yet. I started creating music on a Yamaha psr peice of shit. Then later trying to incorporate my keyboard with computer sequencing software which only frustrated me to later finding the love of my life....the allmighty MPC...Now I use a mpc 2000xl, Triton with a couple of cards, and my secret weapon, the Micron synth.. My sound I would have to say is completly original. Its just a Chicago sound. Hard hitting kicks, 808's that'll rattle a welded down chevy trunk, deep, dark bass lines, and a snare that'll cut through what ever is going on.Since I grew up playing the piano of course I make alot of keyboard trax, and since my mother was a dj in the 70's I also do alot of sampling ( since her record collection has been passed down to her son)..
