About Me

With a distinct, slick wordplay and a swagger that's thru the roof that set's him apart from the other new jacks coming into the game today. C. JAY DINERO is what some people have been calling the next to blow.Born in Cincinnati on July 24th 1984. Growing up in North Avondale he was in and around the streets all his life, but due to being around hip-hop since he was youngster he began to use music as a way to get away the struggles and madness of coming up in the hood.With drugs and violence being in his view every time he stepped out the house, his mother did her best to keep him focused and being around the dope boys and the wolves he was able to see that there was only two places that life led you to. He graduated high school and enlisted in the military, completing 4 years in the U.S. Navy. He also tried college for a semester but dropped due to the birth of his daughter.In 2006 when C. JAY DINERO completed his service to the military, he and his little brother, FAT BOY decided to form Hood Musik Group. C. JAY DINERO took all the knowledge and the money he accumulated in the military and put it towards turning him self into a star. He began getting into the studio and started working on music.As of today C. JAY DINERO has dropped 8 mixtapes and has been featured on a numerous amount of mixtapes and features with other up and coming artist. He has connected with a lot of artist and DJ's and is always on his grind to be on the best out.He has built a key relationship with Slip-N-Slide DJ's own DJ Smarts, which has resulted in two classic mixtapes, "THE AMERICAN HUSTLE" & "STUPID GWAPP SEASON," plus they are set to release "CAN'T STOP MY SHINE" at the top of the new year. He also built an alliance with produced/engineer Syn Beatz, who's shows in Northwest Ohio C. JAY DINERO always graces the stage. The Cincinnati artist has also worked with producers such as WHP, Black Tee Productions, Juss Beatz, Vybe Beatz, Purps Beatz, J. Mack, Epik and Koncept Beats.At the end of the day C. JAY DINERO wants to be known as a great businessman who helped put his city on and helped others obtain their dreams while being 100% authentic with his music.His label is currently home to rappers Black Bill, King Choppa, Dub 7 & Nodd. "I'm just trying to make sure my city and my niggas get the respect we deserve and that we're able to make money and take care of our families. I'm not industry nigga so this shit is nothing to me.Niggas will respect my grind and this Hood Musik Group/Y.F.G.M. movement!"
