djsk grew up in one of the most culturally diverse parts of East London and has always been into music. djsk's early memories of sitting by the dining room table just before dinner rifling through his Dad's record collection pulling out the West Ham United cup theme tune and The Beatles 'Revolver' LP, insisting that they be played whilst the family ate dinner. Naturally the West Ham theme tune was a favourite among many other pristine LPs to be found in the half-broken record cupboard. From here djsk went on to play the violin and piano/keys through the ages of 8 - 12 at a local music school, picking up a basic knowledge and musical awareness.
Obtaining his first set of dex at the age of 17 after saving weeks on weeks of wages from a part time job at a local supermarket, djsk went from Garage to Trance to House and back to Garage again, playing at various local clubs and private parties around Essex & London, and holding a 8 month residency @ the infamous Bar-Bed, near London's Liverpool Street. Here djsk was scouted by Ministry of Sound old-timer DJ Frosty...All this only aged 19...In India in 2002 djsk taught himself the guitar and also took a liking to the Sitar, and his musical direction took on new meaning. In 2003 he studied Music Production and industry management and graduated with flying colours.
At the present djsk works as a manager for Pie Factory Music based in Kent, and the manage for a course on the music industry. djsk is constantly looking to DJ more and is hoping to extend connections across the UK throughout 2007/8.
