A personal note from Felicia Hey guys, my name is Felicia King. I sing, write, play, and breath music. I have been singing ever since I can remember, and I wrote my first song at like age 10. Growing up I always dreamed of moving to Nashville and playing, singing, and writing music, and I am so blessed to be living that dream. During high school, I fell in love and got my heart broken for the first time, and trust me falling in love and getting your first heartbreak gives you a WHOLE lot to write about haha. I write my songs about things I have been through, that way I can really feel what Im singing about. I love my family, friends, and fans! You guys mean the world to me. Im so blessed to be able to do what I love. If your a singer or songwriter and want advice, my advice to you is NEVER give up, no matter what. "I can, because I think I can" - Virgil. You can do whatever you want, no dream is to big. Live it, Dream It, Do it. When im not on the road I love to read, shop, write, be with my friends & family, watch desperate housewives, anyone that knows me knows about me and desperate housewives.. lol I am a HUGE fan! haha, I love holidays, Anything else you want to know, just ask. I try to respond to all my messages. I also just want to give a HUGE thank you for everyone that stops by my page. I love when people tell me they like my music! Biography New artists arrive in Nashville everyday. To stand apart from the rest, one must have not only an A-list voice but also the ability to write songs and entertain thousands. Most come up short, but it’s at these things that Felicia King excels.
Middletown, Ohio native Felicia Fay King discovered her passion for country music at age five. “She sung more than she talked,” says her mother. “The radio was her Sesame Street.”
It didn’t take long for Felicia to move onto crafting her own songs, “I write about personal experiences close to my heart, and try to write at least one song a day” says Felicia. “Every lyric is like another brick in the wall to my soul.”
At only eighteen, Felicia is no stranger to the stage, having performed with many of Nashville’s top performers and songwriters like John Michael Montgomery, Confederate Railroad, Taylor Swift, Jake Owen, Blain Larson, Trent Tomlinson, Jason Aldean and more.
And people have responded, which has resulted in Felicia at times performing in front of tens of thousands. She is one of the top unsigned country artists on myspace. With nearly 300,000 hits on her website, over ONE MILLION hits on her myspace page, and over 1,000 plays per day, Felicia is well on her way to stardom.
