Music, ah music. Writing it, singing, playing it, or dreaming it, it doesn't matter what it is it's every aspect of it! It's a passion and a privilege. So when I plug in I ALWAYS try to take it to another level. I want my audience to feed what I'm saying into the mic not just hear it. I want them to believe what I'm singing. I write about real life experiences that I think everyone can relate to in some way. If someone can listen to one of my songs and feel like I followed them around with a pen and a notebook then that makes the music more appealing to that person. I'm not trying to change the world with what I do. I just want to be able to changes some ones mood.I first noticed I had musical talent when I was in third grade and the fifth graders that were in the orchestra came to our class to tell us about their program at the middle school. They were showing us their fiddles and after watching the girl talking to us play Mary had a little lamb I told her that I thought I could do that. So she let me try and I could! Mary had a little lamb isn't impressive and I never started playing the fiddle but it did spark my interest in music. So my Grandpa, who plays dobro and banjo, took my to the music store and I fell in love with a used 200 dollar washburn electric guitar. He said, "now if I get this for you will you actually learn how to play it?" and I of course said yes. Well, I didn't take it seriously until I got to the seventh grade and found out GIRLS DIG THE GUITAR! So I started trying to learn chords and before too long my grandpa got me on stage with him pickin' Bluegrass. About a year later I was turned onto a brand new thing, writing my own songs! How cool is this!? I don't have to call girls and sing along with Keith Whitley, Gary Allen, Or the temptations! I can write my own songs, and Girls dig that even more!!I've always worked really hard on being a good guitar player, but now that I'm a little older and decided that music is what I want to be a part of for the rest of my life I have really worked hard on the little things that will make me great and not just good. Besides playing guitar I've also worked a lot on becoming a better singer, a better piano player and also a better writer. So far everything has paid off pretty well and I've been fortunate enough to share the stage with some of the top names to ever play county music, including: John Michael Montgomery, Joe Diffie, Darryl Worley, T.G. Sheppard, Mel Mcdaniel, and Many
others.Life is a beautiful Journey and i'm still very young. I'm just trying to live life to it's fullest, live up to my full potential and take advantage of all the gifts and talents i've been given.Peace and Love Y'all
