I've been monitoring your exploits for quite some time and have finally decided to throw my hat in the ring and lend a hand. Along for the ride, I have brought my faithful companion and assistant, Lt.Electra, a recent addition to the Nurse Division. We have set up a forward command post for our base of operations within a stones throw of the city at the top of the worst lists and the bottom of the best lists, yes, you guessed it, Detroit. Propaganda production is well under way and uniforms and equipment have been requisitioned. Operational plans are also being written. I am also in the research and development phase for more missions I believe our ranks will have fun completing, after they have been approved, of course. My background is U.S. Military and law enforcement, as well as lots of beer, toys and fun. Photos are on the way.
