About Me

I was born in Poland and moved to the US when I was about 4 years old. I grew up in Philadelphia and spent my HS and college years in NJ. Recently I moved back to Philly, but would love to move somewhere else once I am done with school.
I am not a very outwardly friendly person, but I like hanging out with friends.
Yes, I was a bit crazy when i was younger--did many things i wish i hadn't, but then who doesn't?
I am sarcastic, cynical, independent, headstrong, but i am also laid-back, easygoing, love to laugh and have fun. I like to think that I have a tough outer shell, but I am not so sure about that anymore---I think it might have just been denial. (if you know me, you might know what i mean)
sometimes i sound mean or hostile when i am not. what can i say..i was raised in a hostile environment. please ask me before you get offended/defensive at my tone of voice or choice of words.
i am not an open person, but i am a straightforward and honest person.
Finally, I am vegan and i do care.
"Though women still greatly outnumber men in occupational therapy -- 78 percent of the respondents were women -- men are still making more money. Our male survey respondents reported average salaries of $55,216 for OTs and $37,425 for OTAs; women reported average salaries of $48,763 and $32,927."--EJ Brown , ADVANCE
