About Me

Hi. This page covers the music and exploits of RandyBurke over the past quarter of a century (that sounded more important than 25 years!)… including his time in the Naked Ramblers (83-87), Solo (87-95), the hermit-like electronic years writing as JudithGoliath (96-99), his work on the Charlotte cable access show Z-Axis (99 to 2006) playing Nick Randberg, Rick Randberg, and other various members of the dysfunctional Randberg family… along with writing songs for the show, AND his current return to solo performing….all music written by RandyBurke AND under his pseudonyms JudithGoliath and Nick Randberg.

Sounds Like: When I was young, my friend and I were going to see a rock concert. His father laughed at us and said, "If I ever wanted to hear somethin' like that, I'd just git me a mess of bees, put 'em in a Mason jar, shake it up, and listen to that !" I have always struggled to create the magic sound his father envisioned...
