I think I'm the one of the few people who lives in Nashville that doesn't sing, play or write. However I did move here for a career in the Music industry. I love being around music and creative people. I grew up in Brandon, MS and went to NWR. I had a great childhood. I have one brother who is so very talented. He's going to be a big star on Broadway one day, I just know it. I have the best mom and the greatest friends. After highschool I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, so I went to HCC for 2 years to get my BA degree. Then I attended MC for a year and was not a fan. In 1998, I made the move to Murfreesboro to with a major in Recording Industry with an emphasis in music business at MTSU. I graduated with my BS degree from MTSU in the summer of 2000. I've had a couple of jobs at various publishing companies and now I am working for an indepent publishing company on the row. I truly love what I'm doing. I have the best job and work with wonderful people. I'm married to a wonderful guy named Bart. He's a songwriter (go figure) and I love him with all my heart. He proposed to me on our trip to Italy in 2006. It couldn't have been any more perfect. We were in Florence, Italy (my favorite place in the world) and he got down on one knee & asked me to marry him. Of course I said 'Yes!' We are so very happy! I can't ever forget how blessed I am.
