This is a tough question because is it asking who I'd like to meet as far as Celebrities or otherwise famous people? Or just in general? So I suppose this will have to be a two part answer. And since I'm totally ADD and can't finish anything, this will be another work in progress. So the list will grow as I think of people. In general:Anyone cool. But what I mean by cool is people who get it. I mean really get it. You can't be shallow or materialistic. You must be rational and open minded. Anyone left of center if you know what I mean. People w/ a good sense of humor.Celebrities or otherwise well known people (in no particular order):Keanu Reeves, Gwen Stafani, Tom Hanks, Samuel Jackson Bitch!, Gauge, Laurence Fishburne, Carrie-Anne Moss, Dave Chappelle, Kat, Angelina Jolie, Stephen Hawking,
I've always had an eclectice collection of music. Over the years I have collected music from all sorts of genres. To name a few Pear Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Smashing Pumkins, Metallica, Thrill Kill Kult, Tori Amos, Alice in Chains, Green Day, Offspring, Bad Religion, Pink Floyd, Primus etc, etc. But around 8 years ago when I had started to really get into Electro Industrial music, NiN, Front 242, Messiah, band like that. I was introduced to Progressive Trance, Psy Trance, Deep House and Florida Break Beats. I had suddenly fallen in love w/ music all over again. I had found electronica. Or should I say it found me. I pretty much never looked back. I have been listening to "techno" (laymans terms) for 10 years now almost exclusively. While I do enjoy other music and still listen to it, anyone who knows me knows thats whats going to be playing 90% of the time. I used to spin (Dj) but had to sell my turntables. I still have all my vinyl though and would never let that go. I hope to get new turntables within a year. Anyways, most people wouldn't know good electronic music if it hit them in the face. All the crap you hear on the radio is the same tired old remixes. Good techno isn't mainstream and it isn't usually on the radio. Though it should be, the radio part anyways. That's why it's called underground music. To name a few of my favorite artists: Paul Van Dyke, Paul Oakenfold, Hybrid, R.I.T.M., DieselBoy, Tiesto, Sasha, John Digweed, Junkie XL, Baby Anne, Moby, Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, etc. Some really good record labels are: Positiva, Hooj Choons, Whoop!, Platipus, Xtravaganza, Essential.
