About Me

7 Days of May is the result of over 15 years of evolution. The band was directly spawned from Ockham's Razor, who from 1993 until 1997 was one of Tucson's most popular original live bands. After some "real life" occurrences (marriage, military, kids, etc.) the band reformed in the spring of 2000 as 7 Days of May, which reunited the core of Ockham's Razor. The years since have been both odd and fruitful for the band, from sharing the stage with acts like Story of the Year, The Distillers, Korn, Chevelle, Yellowcard and My Chemical Romance to staring extinction in the face with the losses of an incredible drummer (Chris Dormer) and a charismatic vocalist (Trevor Pancoast). And yet they persist and never seem to weaken or lose momentum. As a result, 7 Days of May has evolved into quite a different animal. With the addition of Zachariah Anderson (vocals) and Matt Lundgren (drums, formerly of Symptom's Edge), a new sound and energy has emerged. Original members Danny Lizarraga (guitar) and Stev Rubio (bass) have embraced the new talent that these new band members have brought to the table. They have really brought our song writing to a higher level and we welcome them. ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ********
