About Me

Hello, I am Barry Gosnell. You have happened upon my music page. My music is somewhat eclectic... something I call Heavy Metal Disco (On the humorous side). I have been playing the guitar for over 30 years and recording for about as long. Early in my musical career I played in various bands and worked as a session guitarist and engineer at a local studio. I have 2 solo projects under my belt and am working on my 3rd. My focus on this project called "The Lighter Side of Heavy" is to meld the heavy guitar with less traditional arrangements and accompanyment. My goal is bring something different to people. I am definitly a guitar junkie. I hope you enjoy the music!I am always open to colabarate with other artists. I love to write and record. If you have any questions let me know.

New Songs - Old Songs

I have uploaded some new songs that aren't really new, they are from my first project "Sum of Me - 1996"... Rainbows, and 7 Sands... The sound quality isn't the best but it a little history.

Redo on sympathetic sunshine

After listen to Sympathetic Sunshine a few more time I decided to redo the solo. I Much happier what i finish this evening. I've removed the old version and posted the newer version.
