About Me

The York-based Classic Avenue seems to not know of the word: genre. This trio circumnavigates the music industry by many routes. The powerful single, Joseph, displays how Classic Avenue can lead the charge in rock and roll with the use of Adam Melson's epic piano and poignant lyrics, Jonpaul Terwilliger's omnipotent lead guitar, and the battle cry of J Aloisio's drums. The trio then answers this powerful ballad with the hip-hop and blues based single aptly entitled Song 1. Here, Classic Avenue enters the world of hip-hop with a fury of Terwilliger's poetic lyricism, Melson's blues roots, and Aloisio's hip-hop/rock percussion.

The energy in this music does not stop at Acoustically Sound Recording Studios. Classic Avenue exhibits veteran-like stage presence and always pleases the crowd with energetic style, perfectly portrayed with the single Circus Acts. Whether you're a fan of hip-hop, rock, metal, piano rock, or even jam bands, you will not be disappointed by this group.

Classic Avenue is a band with a wide range of musical talent, a soothing sound, a crew with such style and grace you might think you've just had a new genre dropped on you. Whatever this genre might be called in the future, the godfathers will forever be known as Classic Avenue. -
