About Me

I STILL need to fill this bit in! Most of the people on here I know, I'm not averse to new friends but if I don't know you please message when you add, it's nice to at least say hello, and if you post giant gig posters all over the page I will cry... that is all.

Oh, and join the email list if you'd like to receive occasional gig and non cialis/viagra related fuzzystar news.

fuzzystar = Andy Thomson ~ vocals, guitar, bad jokes, tea and cake making.

The Malfunctioning Androids are:

Nello Wright ~ guitar, harmonica, and all round magical tootle-age including egg! Much in demand by musicians all over Edinburgh. Composes and performs his own material, some of which is played in public with the mighty Flowers For Algernon . He is currently working on a solo ep whilst increasing his drinking capacity copiously. Very admirable.
Andy Thom{withaP}son ~ One of Edinburgh's other musical maestro's and a one time singer/songwriter/shclunk box player in the now on hiatus gingergreen Sings, plays guitar, harmonica, glockenspiel and pretty much any other instrument you could throw at him! (not to mention a few you couldn't). It's a lesser know fact that he's also a fairly committed {sic} member of the musically and litigously interesting pop combo The Regular Bastards . His personal myspace page can be found here .

The last stuff I listened to on my computer.....

Stats/geek info courtesy of the nice people at last.fm
Sounds Like: Quirky melodic pop, at times personal, at times sad, and at times (hopefully less often) - just downright bad!
Names brought to mind at gigs have included Sebadoh/Lou Barlow, Neutral Milk Hotel, Evan Dando/The Lemonheads and Ben Folds Five {without a piano!?}.
