About Me

The beginnings of the so called "metal" act The Knife Trade began in early 2003. Shorty after, the band recorded a demo and began playing shows rigourously throughout the east coast. Sharing the stage with the likes of Mastodon , Arsis , Psyopus , Invocation of Nehek , Reflux , The Red Death , Through the Eyes of the Dead , Glass Casket , Ed Gein , Bloodjinn , The Classic Struggle , Neuraxis , Bury Your Dead, Michael Graves, The Red Chord, The Acacia Strain, and many more. The band gained notoriety and contributed to a split cd with Through the Eyes of the Dead released on Lovelost Records. Right now plans for a fullength cd and more touring are in the works.

Check out this site. Good dudes doing a good thing.
