About Me

DJ Wes Cliff are a couple of Essex boys, hailing from the Westcliff area of Southend-on-Sea. Clever eh! Between them they like a vast array of music, including ambient, electronica, hip hop, French house, breaks, classical, death metal, breakcore, glitch, punk and electro. They produce and DJ under many alias’ including the DJ Wes Cliff name, which allows them to play minimal and tech house and techno. DJ Wes Cliff have played at events such as Sutton and Shopland Festival, Working Classes, Crackbaby, and in London at Zig Zag and MultiVitamins. They have had their own show on local pirate radio since October 2005. Between them they also run the monthly Telephasic Workshop free parties in Southend-on-Sea, which have played host to the finest electronica, techno and electro since April 2006 from such luminaries as Kristallo, Weirdgear, [relation], Elektrobunny, Rocket Number 9, Reason or Romanza, Sunosis, Zainetica, Jacen Solo and Robin Saville from Isan.DJ Wes Cliff have also recently been remixing some tracks by local artists including Little Penguin and Weirdgear (due for release Autumn 2007).
