Suckerpunch was formed in the summer of 2003 by brothers Matt and Chris Brown. Since then the band has played shows with local favorites Dead Even, Ringworm, MSOD, and Girth. The band has also shared the stage with national acts such as Exodus, Crisis, Sanctity, and Into Eternity. In the summer of 2005 the band completed a 4 song demo titled Launch Into Eternity. In 2007 the decision was made to change the name to SYNASIS to avoid confusion with the dozen other "Suckerpunch" bands in the world. With an original sound and a solid dedication, SYNASIS is prepared to make their mark in the music world.
