I love scouring new sounds, new rhythms, new languages for something new and with depth. My dad, a classically, julliard-trained flutist, says he had George Benson (jazz great) playing as my mom delivered me into the world - so you can imagine how integral music is to my life. I'm as much into producers as I am artists so that means chad hugo (and pharrell), scott storch, timbaland and missy, BEP. fav artists: anything and everything - my all-time fav R&B group (unfortunately also one hit wonders but under the whole timbaland supafriendz group) is Playa (yes, of cheers 2 u fame) and i probably jam to Missy at least once a day (beep me 911)... who else? nicole (make it hot), janet, mj, usher, cherelle, brandy, loose ends, prince, kanye, eric benet, abc, chris brown, ohhh anything miami bass-booty music (scrub the ground , luke, the puppies, khia, 69 boyz, 95 south) and just about everything southern (how u do that there, oh, in my white tee, yyeeaaah,) and if i had an ipod (b/c i had my last one stolen about 8 months ago) these people would be in heavy rotation: sise, frou frou, sneaker pimps, bebel gibelto (spelling?), zero 7 (cuz i love In the waiting line) my new fave, pink martini, nelly furtado, feist, nouvelle vague, etc... yeah i like it all.
