About Me

MONSTERWORKS began from seeds sown by a trio brought together in a mutual and equal respect for Deicide and Queen. Originally based in Wellington, New Zealand; Jon and Ian from the kiwi line-up are now raising the two-pronged fist in London with their English bandmates Hugo and James. In no uncertain terms MONSTERWORKS has always stood for and works towards the glory of metal, and pies.

IMAGE IS NOTHING; METAL IS EVERYTHING.

To email the band, the most reliable address is [email protected].

"Spacial Operations features a heaviness defined by death metal moments, the heavier end of traditional metal, ripping power thrash, and arresting guitar harmonizing that in totality gives the album a progressive flair."PIT MAGAZINE

"2112 for the download generation. Yes - it's that good."CLASSIC ROCK

Monsterworks did a session for Ian Camfield's Rock Show on Xfm last week (Thursday 26th July) which went pretty well.  The band is not that used to recording songs in one take, all together (espe...
