Cobolted formed somewhere in 1999 in Thessaloniki, Greece, by two brothers, Christofer and Bill Mitsaris.Their purpose was to create a band just for playing their favorite tunes like DESTRUCTION, SEPULTURA, SODOM, CELTIC FROST, SLAYER, DEATH, MASSACRE, KREATOR etc...So as a two piece they start rehearshing and from the first rehearshal the results were outstanding.Covering KREATOR's "Pleasure To Kill"
Later in the same year one common friend asked them to join his project band for help and maybe for some live gigs.So the rehearshals start to be numerous.As a result the two brothers became very tight in their playing.
In the years that followed, both Chris and Bill, also joined different bands, not together but in separate ways, so COBOLTED left behind.
Later Dimitris "Ba" Bargiotis joined the band, so as a three piece they are in progress of composing songs and rewriting some old stuff for an upcoming Cd release...
