My Interests

I have so many interests, most of them creative! I am a Fashion Columnist for a number of magazines including "Athena"...A High Fashion Magazine based in the U.K., and "The Scene"...An arts and entertainment magazine.I am a High Fashion Stylist - Image Consultant working with models at photo shoots, providing clothing from my own collection along with hair and makeup designs. I am a Modeling Scout, Musician, Singer - Song Writer, Actor, and as noticed, I love fashion...that is my main thing these days! I'm into Design, Art, Photography, Writing, Traveling, and Talking...most of the time. I love meeting new and exciting people who are real! I love my family and I hold my friends very close! I am outgoing yet have a chill personality. And yes, the picture is my eye and hair! Mysterious!! OOOOOOOH!;)

Music:

I love music!!! I always have! I've been singing since I could pretty much talk. I play a bit of guitar and piano. I went to college for Jazz, but I now sing and write rockabillyish, bluesy, folky, americana original soul style music....Figure that one out!!;) I love Dylan...a brilliant writer! Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Sublime, Bob Marley, Grateful Dead & Dawg, Ray Charles, Billie Holiday, and just about anything else that has quality and feeling of some kind that pretty much isn't top 40 commercial crap!

Movies:

I am a huge movie person. I have actually be an actor for many years and have been in a few myself along with several tv shows. My favorites.....that's difficult. There are so many great ones! What about "Basquiat", "Frida", or "Great Expectations", "Ghost World", "Little Miss Sunshine", "Wonder Boys", "The Devil Wears Prada", "Cars" and so many more I can't keep them straight.

Television:

I really don't watch tv mostly because I think it rots the brain and there isn't a whole lot on. Although, "Project Runway" is Fab, Bravo and IFC, things of that nature I enjoy. "Austin City Limits" is always a plus too. I also love watching runway shows, and great live music.

Books:

I read a lot about Yoga and meditation. One of my favorite books is probably "The Celestine Prophecy". I love fashion / runway magazines like "Moda" and "WWD". I'm a very visual person. Love photography books and color!! Black and White is also so classic and such a statement maker!

Heroes:

Women who are independent, strong and successful are people I admire. I look up to those women for strength, drive and motivation. I love reading about new people and being inspired by their work acheivements.Yoga Action Squad - PSA #2
