A spectacular celebration of the absurd!

About Me

Red Eyes in the Sunset has received 4/5 in a review from Manchestermusic.co.uk:

This Product have consistently strived to change and develop their sound, since emerging a few years ago as stalwarts and innovators on the Northern alt.rock scene. “Red Eyes In The Sunset” has the band in an angrier mode, armed with grinding basslines and evangelical vocals that cut from New Model Army histrionics to carved out Seattle grunge. A raw, but well compiled outing that thrives on a tight structure, the slamming of fractured ideas and razor edged arrangements. “I’m On A Mission From God” is a fuzzy, wild blues style ditty that pokes the band nearer to the dark twists of the Dead Kennedys – “The Hides Of March” has all of these post-punk ideas, swirling and tangling with the sound of Latino jazz trumpets. This EP also closes on a poem – the title track revisited. Something you don’t hear often and this definitely works. This Product – Some product it is too.
