Gut-wrenching guitar riffs, pitch-perfect vocal harmonies, rumbling bass and explosive drum beats: this is the essence of Vancouver indie-rockers Fully Loaded.
The group was founded by Mike and Andrew Twining, with the sole purpose of writing powerful songs that are radio-friendly with an edge. The brothers have been writing and performing together since their teens, and are destined to become one of Canada..s top songwriting tandems.
"We can really feed off each other writing music," says Andrew. "It really works well because we have the same influences and we grew up listening to music together. We can mold our songs and make them something better."
The members of Fully Loaded take pride in their dedication to the music, the fans and each other. Mike, the band..s charismatic frontman, is admittedly addicted to the spotlight, and will stop at nothing to bring his message to the world! Riff-machine Andrew shreds like a madman on guitar, and the boisterous rhythm section of bassist Chris Ball and drummer Jovan set the backdrop for a rock experience that is consistently making heads spin.
Fully Loaded has developed a live show that is unparalleled in their local scene. Stage presence, Energy and Confidence are the three cornerstones of the group..s live experience. Coming off a Top 5 Victory at Vancouver..s prestigious 99.3 The Fox Seeds competition, the group has established itself as a touring machine, conquering Western Canada and sharing the stage with the likes of Sum 41, Theory of a Deadman, The Tea Party and Billy Talent. This valuable exposure has resulted in a hungry, growing fan base that can..t get enough of these extremely hard-working performers.
With a self-titled EP already released and a full-length album on the way in 2007, Fully Loaded is planning a major takeover of Canadian Airwaves. They..ve captured the attention of the Vancouver scene, and are dedicated to achieving stardom!
