Silhouette of the Savior started out as an idea of Trey Marshall the lead vocalist and Youth Pastor Dallas Crain. These two became the founding members of SOS! Soon added was Bass player and long time friend Ty Bullard, who was just starting on the bass but stepped up to the plate when he was needed. With no drummer the band members spent the summer of 2005 writing songs and seeking God's wisdom. Travis Washmon, also a long time friend of Trey's assisted the band any where from practicing the drums to singing. the final peices to the puzzle was Trey's fellow high school graduate, Billy Feamster. From September 2005 - present, SOS has been doing their best to reach people through their giftings of music and they all feel called to do so
HOW WE GOT OUR NAME
The name came about when founding members Dallas Crain and Trey Marshall went to a local shooting range and Dallas purchased a silhouette target. From there the image and the acronym S.O.S stuck in Treys mind! The last S turned out to be Savior after a few minutes of pondering and thus SOS was born!
