Today there are many rappers, but few M.C.â€™s. Or as Rakim put it those who "Move The Crowd". KAREEM "THE ANALYST" is and does exactly that.
The Y.O. (Yonkers) native has captivated street corner audiences and underground venues since adolescense. He has held his own in cyphers with Hip-Hop recording artists such as DMX, THE LOX & SPORTY THIEVZ and also rocked shows with artists such as WU-TANG CLAN and was featured on the underground R&B hit single "Sunshine or Moonlight" by "No Pigeons"Certified Gold Single Vocalist KIBWE DORSEY. "THE ANALYST" expresses, that the ability to share himself, make listeners reflect on their own lives and still love his music is not just a talent. "Itâ€™s a gift". The complex mixture of street life and scripture conveyed through his lyrics grasp the attention of all who hear. From his respect and understanding of his spiritual background, to his charm with the ladies or experiences that only come from the streets of the inner cities...one way or another everyone will be able to relate to "THE ANALYST".
As Hip-Hop progresses and A&Râ€™s and record labels look to fill what Godfather Russell Simmons or moguls like P.Diddy and Damon Dash have deemed "THE VOID". Some record labels question whether or not it can be filled. Even with that M.C.â€™s have come a long way from the Sugar Hill Gang with "Rapperâ€™s Delight". The art form that once whispered on urban street corners in America is now a phenomenon echoed across the world. Itâ€™s next voice will be..... KAREEM "THE ANALYST"!
