My name is BILL BLASS aka BILLY LOOSE SCREWS. I was born and raised in HARLEM, U.S.A. I moved to Yonkers, NY at age eleven where I cultivated as well as mastered my natural talent to rap, produce and teach what I do. I'm known in the state of New York for teaching my program "RAP N LEARN". I teach in over 20 schools throughout the five boroughs. I also teach in institutions such as group homes, churches and jails my favorite RIKERS ISLAND'S ISLAND ACADEMY. I'm known in Yonkers (Y.O.) for many things mainly for battling DMX the great.
