La Tuza

Son del otro lado!

About Me

As far as we know, we're the only Mexican roots band in Boston, and one of just a handful on the East Coast. We specialize in the African-influenced son jarocho of Veracruz, the swinging son calentano of the Mexican Hotlands, and the fiery son huasteco of the Huasteca region.

We've performed at places such as the Berklee College of Music, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Northeastern University, Harvard University, Club Passim, Johnny D's, and Ryles Jazz Club. Why haven't you booked us yet???
