E xhumed Alive is an Experimental/Sewage/Noise/Gore Grind Project, produced by myself, Todd Lasswell. You may already be familiar with this project by it's previous name(GxTx;Gnashing of Teeth) but the name was changed to prevent confusion with another band by the same name. ExAx is a Christian project. No, this is not a joke. ExAx is here to present a positive message to a scene that is so lacking. The Gore-Grind scene is filled with filth like pornography, and senseless violence. ExAx does not condone these things. I do use violence in many of my lyrics and imagery, but it is violence against a mentality or against sin; not against another man. All the lyrics to ExAx's songs, along with their meanings, are posted in a blog if your interested in reading them. Jesus Christ gave his life on the cross for everyone, including the individuals involved in the gore-grind scene. I feel that many churches, and so-called "Christians", reject them because they feel that they are just "too far gone" to be saved, but this isn't true. Christ will never reject anyone, no matter how they dress, how they act, or what music they listen to; as long as you are willing to ask, you will never be turned away. If you are interested in my point of view and/or my faith, I am always welcome to talk. If not, just enjoy the grind.

Debut EP
I'm currently writing for an EP album that I would like to release sometime in early/mid 2008. I plan to release it as a CD, complete with case, cover art, and full booklet(budget allowing). At this time, I'm not sure whether it will be released independently, or through a label. As it's release draws nearer, I will provide more information about it.
ExAx T-Shirts
I'm currently in the process of making T-shirts for the new name(ExAx) I will let everyone know when they are complete, but I'm a little tight on time right now, so it may unfortunately be awhile.
I will leave the old GxTx shirts available for awhile longer, so if you interested in one of them, get one while their still around.
Though I still haven't got around to setting up the on-profile purchase system, if you'd like to order shirt now, just message me with the details(shirt size, address, payment method) and we'll work it out. Otherwise, I should have the system set up soon. Currently the only methods of payment I can offer is cash or paypal. Also, note that I will always ask that the money is sent first.
