Awakening The Passion

"Awakening The Passion" is a Christian base concert series started by J. Cruz, DOUBLEDGE and the Sanctuary Fellowship (Pastor Jorge Martinez). "This started off as an event for my band to play in, lol...but it turned into something SO much BIGGER...this is TRULY a God filled event.-J. Cruz" The name of this concert series was inspired by the lack of passion in a lot of churches/church events. "After years of ministering, we felt a real need to put an event on that would not only have GREAT music/artist, but that will be done with a desire and a PASSION to spread the message of Christ.-J. Cruz" September 23, 2006 was the first of these series of concerts and ATP will continue to grow strong. Awakening The Passion has become a must see New York City event. "Our vision is for this event to be one of NYC's biggest events. We always hear of these huge concerts in other states. Our desire is for ATP (Awakening The Passion) to be HUGE, help local bands get discovered and most of all...for the FIRE of Christ to be lit up in the hearts of millions...we want to awaken that Passion that's been sleeping for TOO LONG!-J.
