Zion Flow

If U aint reppin the father, then dont even bother

About Me

Zion Flow came to be in 2004. Three brothers in Christ that came together by way of New Zion Ministries, Pastor Willie X Hurst presiding. They knew that God called them to rap for him and to him would go all the glory. They accepted this charge, with the understanding that they could still put out a "hot" product, rap for Christ, still maintain their integrity in God. Zion Flow consists of Elder William Whitmore aka "Advocate", Donnell Tisdale aka "Don Ill", and Willie Hurst JR. aka "Prospect". Zion is a music ministry first. Period. They are not performers. They are simply ambassadors of Christ who share the good news of the gospel through rap.Advocate was born in sunny California by way of Pasadena. He is the only son in a family of seven, born of Mary Hunter. He was called by God to Pastor at a young age. He gave his life to God at the tender age of sixteen and became a Minister in September of 1998. He realized that he loved hip-hop, but because of his relationship with the Lord he knew that he had to do it right. So he decided to rap for the Lord so that it would be to the glory of God. As he prepares for his future in Ministry, he hopes that the music ministry can be an avenue to spread the Good News of the gospel."If U ain't reppin' the father, then don't even bother"

Hip-Hop In Oregon

Hey this is ya boy Advocate from Zion Flow.  Why is it that Gospel hip-hop is stagnant out here?  Cats don't realize that we should all be working together to get this music out to the world...
