I'm a drink, a glacier, a novel, a film, a hotel, a dog, and a boat. Probably some other things as well.
I was a candidate for Davis city council in 2006 and I received 1,517 votes (5.51%) on a budget of $250. The winners spent about $40,000 each and received only 5,000 more votes than me. I may run again in 2008 so befriend my political page at myspace.com/VoteRobRoy .
I am also former KDVS Dj and current manager of the Ben & Jerry's in Davis .
And I have recently begun making music using the pseudonym Sterling Riot .

For some reason the SN&R likes to talk about me because they did it again in mid August.
I go to school at UC Davis where I was elected an ASUCD Senator - which means I had some power over money, by that I mean $10,000,000.
I am getting a degree in English with minors in film and history. I plan to be done in March of 2007. Nine years for a college degree ain't that bad seeing as school hasn't always been my top priority. In the upcomming years I plan to either go to law school, get an Masters in creative writing or eduction, teach high school English or history, or be the full time manager for Jason Webley .

Oh and poetry, not the old dead white guy stuff. But the new drunkard angry modern stuff.

I went to New Orleans for MLK weekend. It was for the Ben & Jerry's global conference. I took a lot of photos. I was in the lower ninth ward for a day helping build houses for Habitat for Humanity...
