Jeremiah Mullins in the studio week 1I come from a tone-def mother and a father with perfect pitch. I land somewhere in the middle of that. You see, the day we are born we are given the blueprints to a bridge, and the tools to build and maintain that bridge. These bridges with our will are the ability to edify the body of Christ. some are given sports, or carpentry. some are given the ability to speak, or to teach. My bridge and my conviction is music. I have a hope in the glory of God and I am going to use my bridge to get as many across as I can until the day the lord asks me what I did for him on this Earth. sometimes these bridges have road blocks, sometimes there is major construction, sometimes they are closed, sometimes they are never finished, and worse, sometimes they are never started. I pray daily for mine to stay open, in hopes to bring glory to God through the only bridge i know how to walk across...while hopefully keeping some sense of humor of course...
so now, a wee bit about me.
My name is Jeremiah Mullins. I am a 20 year old Christian Singer/songwriter located on the outskirts of Los Angeles, and I live my life for Jesus Christ. I pray everyday that my music will help save the lost, and encourage the saved to help save the lost. My goal in worship is to influence a congregation to surrender themselves humbly before the throne of god, and to respond to his great revelation, which is of course that he sent his Son to die for us so that we can live eternally with Him.
I have just finished Writing a record and I am currently in the process of recording it with producers Luke Graham and my father David Jeremiah. The Album is going to be out in August/September and it is titled "As Earth Gives Way".
This is a temporary myspace until the cd as well as the new myspace is launched in the fall. The track I have up for free download is the song "Let the smoke rise". This song is on my record but this is not the version that will be on it. This is just something I did in my home studio for everyone's ears until the record is done.
The record will be available on Itunes worldwide as well as on dates for my fall worship tour. I Will be playing at Churches all over southern California in the Fall, but for now, I will be crammed in a studio in Chino Hills California, with musicians who are my best friends, and I couldn't be more excited.
