Well hello... my name is ASHLEY HUNT which I am sure you already knew from reading the title... lol. Anyways, I am a singer/songwriter looking to get my songs out there beyond my room.. whether that be performing them myself or letting others use them. I live in La Verne and just graduated from the University of La Verne, with my major in Business Administration! I now work at Azusa Pacific University in the Office of Human Resources and am persuing my Master's degree in Pastoral Studies, with an emphasis in Worship Leadership. (Yes, I know that is a huge change!) I love life, family, friends, and most importantly my heavenly Father! I am so thankful for the gift of music and am here to use it however I can.
Songwriting is a way for me to vent and communicate with the world, as well as speak on behalf of other people and their own experiences. Every time I pick up my guitar, I get a huge smile on my face... :-) It is my hobby, my love, and my inspiration. I began playing guitar in high school and have been singing since I was a little girl. I began to experiment with songwriting my senior year of high school and ever since that point in my life, I have been so blessed with my musical journey. Now I am writting more songs than ever, leading worship at my church, and getting to perform the very songs that I have worked so hard on. I am so blessed and can't wait to see what happens next!!
