About Me

Drummer, writer, DJ who finds sanity in music, drinx, and animal print clothing. I'm constantly looking for ways to shake up this boring world because it's filled with so many TV-addled, Top 40-music loving, socially-politically ignorant, McDonald's-eating sheep who don't have a clue about how to drive a vehicle on a major highway.

I am also likely to intervene if I someone hurting an animal or a kid, or making some sort of racist / homophobic slur. In that regard, I can be a huge pain in the ass - but you gotta love me!

My Interests

Music, attacking the drums, backpack travelling, rollercoasters, hot n' spicy food, fish-shaped pillows, drinking on a patio, giant roadside attractions, snowboarding, bananas, drag and stock car racing, fall fairs in small towns, writing (trying to get a couple novels published), old neon signs, Doreamon, black nail polish, always taking a class of some sort so my brain doesn't atropy, '50s kitsch, DJing, the desert, The Rat Pack, hangin' out with friends, swimming in a quiet lake with no motorized vehicles, Tiki-bar hunting, thrift stores / garage sales, seeing bands, alcohol-tasting events, Halloween (or anywhere I can dress up), all shades of blue, crazy thunderstorms, '59 Caddies, photographing tombstones, deserted towns, The Kahiki (R.I.P.), Benicio Del Toro, Googie architecture, wilderness camping / canoeing, and getting to know the weird, quiet person sitting all alone at a party.....

I'd like to meet:

Anyone into MUSIC (punk, ska, garage, hardcore, psychobilly, industrial, goth, surf, comedic, cheeseball lounge, mexican corridos, '50s blues & rockabilly, big band, weird circus music, chinese opera, novelty tunes)

AND....fellow outcasts, drummers/chick musicians, artists, Tiki-philes, writers, road trippers, indie filmmakers, backpackers, performers, lovers of the 1950s, folks into drag racing (Top Fuel), garden gnome lovers, and pissed off left wingers who wanna change the world.

I'd also like to meet someone who can teach me how to fly helicopters for free. Man, what a cool hobby!

My sense of humor ranges from scaldingly sarcastic to straight out goofball.
