About Me
History: Established in 2004, 3 Udders has developed into the fastest growing production company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Created as a graphics company in 1999 by Joshua Carter and Paul Davis, it wasnt until the name was used to book shows that the name really took off. With online tools like myspace.com and craigslist.org, theyve been able to network with other industry leaders.
For Joshua (Chief Executive Office/Co-Founder), music was something he truly loved but was never able to master. Working for a longtime as an Artist music has always been something Joshua has always wanted to be involved in. It wasnt until he met up with a longtime friend and band-mate from high school at a local show. The two chatted about the times they had in school and where they saw things going. Joshua began making phone calls and booking shows for his friends band. Soon 3 Udders was working with local venues and premiere bands all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
Derric Tanner comes to 3UP by way of the great Northwest. Having a heavy background in radio at which he currently holds a position as a night and weekends jock for Live 105 in San Francisco, he has been working towards booking for quite some time. Tanner is a great addition to the 3UP family.
Lisa Mongelli has managed various venues throughout the Bay Area and recently purchased a venue of her very own in Santa Cruz called Cypress. You can see her at many of the 3UP shows as she helps to oversee the shows logistics.
Esther has been 3UP’s Representative for a while. Having brought the name into many So. Cal venues and helping to bring awareness in that area. She’ll be making the move to Nor Cal in 2008. She’ll be handling local booking in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Looking forward, 3 Udders has big plans for 2008 and beyond.
