Would be a good idea if it wasnt such a BAD IDEA!!!!!

About Me

I am Who I am
I know where i am going
I expand in mind and spirit every day
All that stands in my way is time
You probably aren't worth talking to
I am not the bad guy
I have no desire in pushing myself into someone elses affairs or obligations when it is not my job to
Physical Strength(hard work), mental strength (perseverance & knowledge), spiritual strength (love & acceptance) are the keys to who I am.
My name........ is Carlos Yabrudy. I grew up in a small South East London Town and i used to fail at most until i realised a lot of truths beginning at 16/17. That school curiculums are meant to put people into productivity as fast as possible with little if no consideration for health or well being. I had no interest in the usuals until I found my expertise which is the human body and all that revolves around it. I read up and branched into many subjects including exercise physiology, anatomy and physiology, sports supplementation, later AAS, sociology, sociobiology, philosophy and theology, cynical philosophy, sexuality and gender studies.I used to be a little shit in school especially in year 9. I was THAT guy. The one that would ask stupid questions, scheme with the class to make the teachers life hell (out of pure annoyance), make teachers retire early, come up with new excuses for not having done homework (along with putting bandages around my hands + red ink and telling him that I ate my own hands last night so i couldnt do the homework). Our year were always told that we were the worst year they had ever experienced.I also began martial arts by picking up mastering jiujitsu by Renzo gracie randomly in Waterstones in 2005 and have now competed in a few tournaments and won. Gracie Euro invitational in May 2006. (Semi finals)... I am a personal trainer and physical therapist but not practising currently. After joining a casting agency, modelling and small roles + movie extra work came to be. I do sports, physique, fashion too when required, paid work or TFP on the ocndition of having the photos on CD for me to edit since i can edit graphics but not as well as a pro.
I am now acting and going for small projects nad productions as lead roles and will work my way up from there like all actors do. I also work as a doorman on friday and saturday nights in South London. The town I work in always has something goin on. Seizures in clubs, violent behaviour and bastard kids!
I train in grappling arts at the moment and striking. The UFC/Pride may be something I'll go for if other things don't go so well. It's good to have options though. So a plan A,B,C,D,E and F! F being the failure plan and that for me is world domination. I also train in Judo, Jiujitsu and other striking arts. One of my life goals is go for the UFC/PRIDE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS but the way things are going at the moment, it will be inacted only if the acting/modelling/show business pathway collapses. No matter what, you can always fight in the end. Another recent one is play like in the song on my profile (the solo at 5 minutes into it)
Click here to watch me fight at the Gracie Euro INVITATIONAL in MAY 2006
Something i dislike is euphemism and the covering up or sugar coating of truth. This makes us meek as a society and weakens people. I dislike that people avoid all talk about death as if it were something that is nbever going to happen. Since we have no rituals for man/woman hood we remain perpetual adolescents unlike the past so people sometimes never learn. I'm not afraid and my sense of embarassment has almost despitated. The only nervous feelings i get are the necessary biological ones of epinephrine release. I see my friends when i have free time and whoop their arses at pool.
My motivation, determination, drive and passion cannot drop below max. The switch broke off at that setting so it can't go down. Critisism doesn't affect me because of the male mind being problem solution orientated. I will always look for a solution & much of tmy time in the day while doing everything else is spent in thought hence the greek "thinking man" on his rock. I believe not enough people are spending time alone to reflect or think. If you are out every single night, then you are constantly stimulated and have no time to expand. That's how i see it anyway. You know what? It's so easy to accomplish something since others are so lazy! Half empty or half full? Neither. The glass is too big! My opinions are maleable and constantly change too. I always find something else out or something i hear/read affects them. The only constant........ is change. :)
I believe that the only limits in life are those that we put on ourselves. People's greatest fears and limits are their own minds. People stop themselves from achieving what they want to. Since about a year ago I came up with my own philosophy for life. Which is in my personal quotes below. Feel free to steal em and use em. If you wake up that is ;) Ever since I've been expanding and growing to make the most of who i am and can be. What i plan on doing is nothing ordinary. I realised not everyone is meant to be a high achiever or person of great nature. Those who realise that they can be and that it is possible, will be. Those who condemn themselves early on will never accomplish anything (pesimists). My advice is believe in yourself and realise that you can do anything. If someone else has done it, so can you and besides, there is always a first for everything. Coming soon: MANY FIRSTS: remember...everyone at one point thought the world was flat. While a logical explanation, even though the wentire world thought it to be correct, it just wasnt so.Just go and do it(TERMS AND CONDITION APPLY: I do not condone attempting to fly without the assistance of a plane e.t.c. Science is still there!)

These are some of MY PERSONAL QUOTES. I should get these patented or something!!!!
"It is not worth wasting your time on those that are not willing to waste their time on you"
" Your life is yours. You can do what you want with it. Just simply DO IT"
"We were all born with nothing except for the ability to suck, cry and breathe. When you grow up, you can add things to yourself nad perfect yourself whether its in mind, body and spirit." (MY OWN!)
"Your body is like a rifle. If you don't clean it and maintain it throughout the time you own it..it will go out of service and be useless to you!"(also my own!)
"This ones' a joke but still.....If you have one woman...you're faithful and thats good so THAT's OK! If you have two women then you're a cheater and THAT'S NOT OK!! But if you have 3 women or more....then you're a player..and THAT'S OK!" (also from my own twisted mind)
"The problem with people, is noone is going out there and learning things for themselves. people are too busy looking at other people instead of finding out things and reading up and LEARNING. People are sheep and even form opinions using other people's opinions.
people are too dependant on others."

"Knowledge, Intelligence and wisdom are all different things. Knowledge is knowing facts, Intelligence is the ability to solve problems and usage of common sense, wisdom is your understading of yourself, life and how "awake" you are. Few people have all three! Even university graduates!"

Books:

I read a lot. But mainly I read things that i can put to practical applcation through training or life itself. I used to hate reading but now it's great as long as it's something you have an interest in. George Carlin's book are the funniest I've read in my life! Along with the Matewix! You won't get the jokes in the matewix unless you're from the UK.
Chosky, Kierkegaard, Nitezsche, Kant, Plato, Aristotle, Marcus Aurelius, Cicero, Steven Pinker, Matt Ridley, Greg Egan, Phillip K Dick, Michel Houellebecq, Robin Baker, Darwin, Richard Dawkins, John O'Farrell, Martial Arts books, (Judo, Jiu jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Wrestling, Greco roman,) Muscular Development, FItness RX, Grappling Magazine.
Some of my faves are: The possibility of an Island and Platform by Michelle Houllebeque, American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis, The Rules of Attraction by Bret Easton Ellis, Yes Man by Danny Wallace, Napalm and Silly Putty by George Carlin

Heroes:

I only look to myself for inspiration and help. Self dependancy is required to consider yourself your own hero. And now that i think about it, I like what Christian Bale has achieved. He's up and coming even though he's been in the business a little while. And Hugh Jackson. Both have played great movie roles. And what a coincidence. 8 months after writing this, they star in a movie together!
