About Me

My name is Tavo and I was raised in Caracas, Venezuela and this is were I began my formal training in music at the U.E Colegio Emil Friedman. This was a school that had for a motto: " There is no Culture, without Musical Culture", "No hay Cultura sin Cultura musical"The guitar is my main instrument, but I enjoy playing the bass the most, specially in reggae as well as the melodica. I love and live for jamaican music for as long as I can remember and enjoy playing all its different styles: Mento, Burro, Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae, etc.Brazilian music has also changed my life and I enjoy playing bossanova, frevo, forro, pagode, samba , que coisa tao linda e a musica do brasil!! Fortaleza que saudade tenho de voce !!!!I am a Certified Pro Tools HD7 Operator as well as a Songwriter.
