I just recently sold my business that I've had for the last 7 years. Due to the job I had, it kept me way too busy to actually have fun. Now that I finally have some free time, it's nice to just be able to relax and do "nothing". Sometimes there is nothing better than laying in bed watching tivo.
Those who are abnormal. Those who are not typical in L.A.. I believe in quality more than quantity. I see people with thousands of people on their friends list, and I don't understand it. Unless you are trying to promote a business, I think it's pointless.
I only add those that I actually know in person. Feel free to email me if you'd like to chat, but don't just send a random friend request, it will get denied.
I don't use this to chat much, mostly to just check email. But I am online all the time for work, so feel free to IM me if you'd like to chat:

Anything but Country, Christmas music, or rap (except for the occasional eminem song). There's nothing that beats an awesome song when you're driving that just really gets you motivated to accomplish something. Rarely are there artists where I like the entire album, but my most recent enjoyment is Arcade Fire. But I tend to spend most of my time listening to talk radio. 97.1 FM.
There are so many to name, but here are a few: Braveheart, Good Will Hunting, JFK, American Beauty, The Shawshank Redemption, Phenomenon, Regarding Henry, Murder In The First, Digging To China, Ray, Rudy, Wonder Boys, Almost Famous, Finding Forrester, American History X, Se7en, Casino, The Hurricane, Finding Neverland, Silence of the Lambs, and the list goes on and on. I like movies that involve a struggle between the character getting his life together and deciding which road to take.
I don't watch a lot of TV, but the one show that I really enjoy watching is Law & Order (all 3 of them). The original is classic R.I.P. Jerry Orbach. But SVU I would say is my favorite (except too many damn reruns). Criminal Intent used to be a lot more enjoyable, but it's still worth seeing just to see how crazy Vincent D'Onofrio can get.
Unfortunately I have never been much of a reader. In and Out of school. Couldn't really sit still and read something, I always had to be out creating something. But a couple of books that I really enjoyed and were very informative were "The Millionaire Next Door" which talks about how the average millionaire you would never know lives right next door to you. Because instead of blowing their money on expensive cars, clothes, jewelry, etc, they went and invested it and live way below their means. While most people who look rich are actually poor because they live paycheck to paycheck, leasing cars, just trying to buy image. The other book was "How To Get Rich" by Donald Trump. Yes, he has an ego, there is no doubt about that. But you have to respect someone who goes from being 9.2 billion in debt to coming out ahead by a couple billion. I feel that if you want to achieve to be someone like that, learn about them, learn how to get to where they are at, and the steps it takes to get there.
Leonardo Da Vinci (possibly the greatest artist of all time), Ray Charles (someone who accomplished more than anyone else has in the music world & business world, and did it with no sight), Theodore Kaczynski a.k.a. the unabomber (not because he was a terrorist, but because he was so brilliant that he outsmarted the authorities for 17 years, and I believe would have never been caught if it wasn't for his brother). And lets not forget about Madaline O'Hare who was president of the Athiests Association who took prayer out of public schools.
