My Interests

HORSES!Riding my horses and teaching. "Teaching YOU to teach your HORSE", helping people with their horses, "Horse/Rider Harmony". Catch me at the next horseshow! Perennial student, tireless mom, school band booster, coach, avid volunteer, horse trainer, riding instructor, certified ropes course instructor, alternative education instructor, experiental education instructor, expert equestrian, carded horse show judge, champion rider, and always a teacher.My horses are my church, my faith, my sanctuary, my zen, my life. "It is true that one who professes honesty and truthfulness is albeit a hypocrite."-Anonymous.I have many interests, mostly having to do with horses and riding of all types which are: Appaloosas, Arabians, Australian, Combined Training/Eventing, Dressage, Donkeys, Driving, English, Equitation, Hunter/Jumper, Mules, Mustangs, Paints, Parades, Quarter Horses, Re-Enacting, Sidesaddle, Showing, Thoroughbreds, Trail/Trails/Trail Riding, Welsh Ponies (section A), and Western. Pets and all animals, my dogs, Great Danes, German Shepherds, my cats, my goats, farm animals, and rescues.Travel, especially with my family (all over the U.S.), California, San Diego, Los Angeles, New Mexico, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, museums/galleries, zoos, botanical gardens, wildlife parks, amusement and theme parks.Also interested in listening to talk radio, Art Bell (love Coast to Coast), intellectuals, feng shui, wabi-sabi, trivia, graphic design, writing articles for magazines and of course CHOCOLATE! Can't forget the chocolate!

Music:

Anything my kids (and young musicians) play on their instruments, in their marching band, jazz band, symphonic band, concert band and competitions and other school bands. Musical instruments my kids play now: didgeridoo, flute, piano, saxaphone (alto and bari), mellophone and trumpet (and learning clarinet).Movie Soundtracks, Classical, Classic Rock, Didgeridoo (Walt Young especially) and Jazz (the jazzier, the better - such as BIG BAD VOODOO DADDY)

Movies:

ALL MOVIES! (I'm a TOTAL Netflix.com junkie!) Anything my daughter is in. "You can't judge a book by its movie."

Television:

Cop, detective, investigative, medical, mystery, paranormal, science fiction, reality, "whodunit", science (such as Nova), news, entertainment, information, and of course anything my daughter is in.
