I am interested in chaos and pattern and the interactions and similarities between them. Some other topics of artistic interest are politics, mass-consumerism, kitsch, news media, conspiracy theories, and space-time anomalies.I am searching for a way to both critique and celebrate the images of American culture and mass media through painting and drawing. Grandiose and ornamental, perceptually indistinct, these images are an exploration of the American character.
