Sonar Management was formed in 2005 as a division of Kirtland Records, to establish the 360 degree business model of label, management and promotion to meet the needs of today's changing music marketplace. Sonar Management is headed by industry veterans Dale Brock and Tami Thomsen who bring a combined 29 years of music industry experience to Sonar.

We have a firm commitment to the quality of our artists. We work closely with them to navigate the choppy waters of the music industry. Our goal is to advance all aspects of their career - touring, recording, promotion, publicity, marketing, merchandising and more.
