I, Charles Dean, am a solo acoustic singer songwriter from a town called Portishead near Bristol. Playing music is pretty much my life, whether i'm writing songs, playing covers, or just having a jam. I've been playing guitar since i was 9 and been writing songs ever since. It's not all about the guitar or any other instrument, lyrics have a lot to do with a perfect song. Lyrics are what gives a song meaning, you can write the most complex riff ever but without lyrics it means nothing. My lyrics are influenced by many situations, i'm not gonna go telling you what my lyrics mean because you probably wouldn't get as much out of them as if you tried to work them out for yourselves or created your own meaning of them. Thats enough of that :)EP
My debue ep is being recorded at the moment. It will contain six tracks, some of which are on my myspace. The name for the ep is "3 seconds to last an hour ep". The recording of this ep is being done with help from Alan Green (one of my top friends on myspace) who has just finished the recording process of his album "John Patricks Freedom", it is fantastic, i suggest you check him out.
The ep is aimed to be finished by the end of July.
