About Me

I'm a tall ADHD kid with no hair! My personality type could best be described as "jack-of-all-trades", if not somewhat dichotomous. I'm a really cool dork, an incredibly insightful moron, a martial hippie, an athletic nerd, an open-minded zealot, etc...
Some of the things that I value the most about myself are the strong ability to weigh right and wrong and the commitment to doing what I feel is right, the annoying (yet noble) hero complex, the ability to step outside of myself and examine life and its situations from many different perspectives simultaneously, the kindness and sincerity, the ability to lead well and in the right direction, my cheerful goofiness, the never-ending quest to improve upon personal wisdom (...the ability to apply both knowledge and understanding broadly to solve life's little riddles and traps), and the good friends I've made over the years, for their quality and friendship speak better on my behalf than I truly ever could. Here's to you guys.

My Interests

I love camping, snow-skiing, crazy stunts, adventure, being me, staying up late, the Kerrville Folk Festival, and most water sports.

Old Metallica, Stone Temple Pilots, Green Day, Godsmack, Goo Goo Dolls, Gorillaz, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, The Doors, The Rolling Stones...

Movies:

I'm a Jedi Knight, mother fucker!
Boondock Saints, Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, The Usual Suspects, The Replacement Killers, The Long Kiss Goodnight, and lots of cheesy dark superheroe flicks like Blade (the first 2), Spiderman II, Batman I, and then you can throw in just about any sci-fi flick with an excellent plot (yep, that includes the original 3 Star Wars movies), intelligent dialogue, decent special-effects, and a fair amount of action. Then you can toss in the goofy ones likeSpaceballs, Evil Dead, Army of Darkness, etc... Favorite actor: Toss-up between Ed Harris and Bruce Willis. Their acting styles and roles are pretty similar.Favorite actress: Mira Sorovino for sure. She has that whole intelligent/naughty/nice/kick-ass thing going on.

Television:

History Channel, Discovery Channel, Adult Swim (guilty pleasure), CSI (Las Vegas), Stargate SG-1, The Simpsons, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, CNBC (in general), and a healthy dose of Comedy Central. :)

Books:

Have not eaten any lately.

Heroes:

Anyone who has the gumption to go against the grain when they need to to pursue what they know is right.
