About Me

Our Grand Opening was held on September 15, 2007. BCHM is a small County Museum located in East Tennessee in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains at 1006 East Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville, Tennessee. Not affiliated with County Government, the Museum is a Private, Non-profit Organization that operates on contributions from Museum Members, Visitors, and from Grants.There is no admission charge for visitors.

My Interests

History of Blount County, Tennesse from way back to five minutes ago. Including the Countys' people, cultures, events, places, stories, businesses, and anything else pertaining to our past.
