“Even when I was competing for England, music was always my adrenaline!
“I used to compete in athletics for England; I was the fastest 100metre sprinter for my age at that time. I won countless town records and captained my team for my country in the national championships. I trained with the UK'S top athletes: Mark Lewis Francis and had the pleasure of being trained by one of Denise Lewis’s first coaches.
I had to pull out of athletics due to injury in 2001, I tore my hamstrings 3 times and fractured my tendons in my ankle.
I won tens of medals, Linford Christie among other world athletes had me tipped for attending and competing in the Olympics.â€
N'Chyx now sponsored by “Avit Clothing†& the founder of “No Time Entertainment --†her own record, distribution, entertainment - label is still performing but in an entirely different way, and to a wider audience.
“I’m a rapper, M.C, producer, songwriter, model, manager & promoter -“I don’t want to reach out to just one or two particular groups of people. I want to get across to everybody! That’s where my versatility plays a big part. I write about situations in life that everybody can relate to.
I don’t write about all the negative things such as guns & violence from a gangster rap perspective. I like to write positive songs and turn negative subjects into more positive debates.
I gain my influences from all types of music, from reggae to classical & from Soul to rockâ€
