Jeremy Thornton started as a hip hop artist very young. Born in Chicago,Jeremy embraced music and nurtured his love for writing in the form of poetry.He performed in many venues around the Illinois area developing his uniquestyle of writing and experimented with soundscapes.Jeremy moved to Atlanta and started working on the now underground classic,at the time, self titled "Stil True" album. He caught the ear of a lot of up andcoming producers like Billy Hume and Chris Vermillion. Jeremy was ask to workon the underground classic album "Full Contact Sports". This album was astepping stone for artist like Bonecrusher (Arista), Lil Jon (TVT), and the LyricalGiants (Tommy Boy).Jeremy is now expanding his artistry delving into soul,pop, and rock. He taughthimself to play piano so he could expand his art and express exactly how hefeels in any form of music. His live show is top notch and only plays with thebest musicians. Now Jeremy is getting ready to release his best effort yet. Thesoulful "Rize Up" CD is undeniable.It has a blend of a lot of different styles and expands not only hip hop, but allmusic.
