About Me

The Grammer C Riffs were formed in March 2004 in a Pittsburgh Funeral Home by one Troy McKay. He thought that if he could get 3 other friends together to play some music, it would be a great chance for him to drink more beer. These 4 people bring different rock influences to the table in hopes of a fresh rock sound, or at the very least, something that doesn't sound like shit. Hey, they're easy going guys and just want to rock out, they're not looking to redefine anything. They play their stuff and whatever it sounds like, it sounds like................The Riffs ceased playing in 2006, but other endeavors have popped up in the meantime...check it ouuuut..Brian is doin some DJ stuff (see "Need a wedding DJ" in our friend's list below)............Troy's in "Trouser Snake" -The Ultimate Turbonegro Trib. band (see in our friend's list -"Trouser Snake -Turbonegro Tribute"). Trouser Snake is comprised of past and present members of/from The Cheats, Silver Tongue Devil, Hi-Watt Hex, Shiver, The Grammer C Riffs, Dream Death, & Eviction- Troy is the guy playing the keys, rhythm guitar, tambourine, bongos, and backing vocals)..annnnnd Troy has formed another band called GIGANTIS...-myspace page, live shows are happenin around April/May of 2008---------------------------bands, geeks, and freaks get a hold of us for shows----------------Click here for Myspace glitter graphics and Myspace layouts
