I was born in Alabama during a time when The Good Lord, good family and good friends were all you needed to make it through the day. The road of growing up was long and bumpy at times, with a lot of hard times, determination and the love of my beautiful Mother, I was able to make some sense of my life.I started playing around with music at an early age. As far back as I can remember, music has been a big part of my life in some shape, form or fashion. Whether it was watching my Grandma sit around with family and friends picking the guitar and singing or waking up on Saturday morning while my Mom was cleaning the house and listening to all the greats: like Willie all the way up to Jerry Lee. It was those times that made me want to grab my first guitar and start learning how to play.Music is one thing that is always constant. So many things in life inspire people write songs, it ranges from feelings to just life.In 2006, I met the most beautiful woman in the world and she changed my world forever. Her name is Michelle! As an extra added bonus, she came with 3 of the greatest step sons that any man could ever ask for. They are Benjamin, Zachary and Christopher. In recent years, I have met a lot of really wonderful people that have played a really big part in getting me where I am today. Thanks so much Gary and Chris for I will always be truly grateful.
